Our client, a leading international manufacturing firm, is actively seeking a dynamic and analytical Lead Procurement Analyst to join our global sourcing team. This role is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving significant impact in our procurement operations. You will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing strategic supplier relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of procurement strategies, market analysis, and robust negotiation skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential to our operations.

- Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service level agreements.
- Manage and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a portfolio of strategic suppliers.
- Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to understand requirements and ensure timely supply of materials.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on procurement performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
- Drive initiatives related to supply chain risk management and sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or a related analytical role, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency with procurement software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
- Understanding of global supply chains and international trade practices.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
