This critical role will involve the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality while ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory standards. You will analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop data-driven solutions to overcome challenges. Responsibilities include developing process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and validation protocols. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to scale up new products and technologies from pilot to full-scale production.
