- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and software engineering teams for integrated product development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during design, prototyping, and production.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in power electronics technology.
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Power Electronics.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in power electronics design and development.
- Proven track record of designing and bringing to market complex power conversion products.
- Expertise in various power conversion topologies (e.g., Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC, Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge).
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as SPICE, PLECS, PSIM, MATLAB/Simulink.
- Strong understanding of control theory, digital control, and filter design.
- Experience with magnetics design and component selection.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development is a plus.
