- Hands-on experience with formulation development techniques and characterization methods.
- Strong understanding of drug delivery systems and technologies.
- Proven experience in leading scientific projects and teams.
- Excellent understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements for drug product development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data effectively.
