- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering roles within the oil and gas industry.
- Extensive experience with reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, CMG, Petrel RE).
- Proficiency in petrophysical analysis, formation evaluation, and reservoir data interpretation.
- Strong understanding of fluid properties, phase behavior, and hydrocarbon recovery mechanisms.
- Experience with economic evaluation tools and uncertainty analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
