This hybrid role requires a blend of on-site presence for critical operations and the flexibility of remote work for strategic planning and analysis. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure telecommunications networks, including IP networks, wireless infrastructure, and data center connectivity. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in telecommunications network engineering, with a proven track record in design, implementation, and management.
- Demonstrated experience in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and network architectures.
- Experience with various network hardware vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Arista) and network management tools.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with wireless technologies and mobile network infrastructure (e.g., 4G/5G) is an advantage.
