You will be responsible for leading geological teams, developing and executing exploration programs, and ensuring accurate and reliable resource models. Key responsibilities include geological mapping, core logging, structural analysis, and the interpretation of geophysical and geochemical data. You will also oversee the generation of mineral resource estimates in accordance with international standards (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101) and provide technical guidance to mine planning and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ore deposit geology, exploration techniques, and statistical methods for resource estimation. We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex geological projects. Proficiency in geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan) and data analysis tools is essential. A Master's degree in Geology, Economic Geology, or a related field, with 7+ years of progressive experience in exploration and resource geology within the mining industry, is required. Experience with various deposit types and commodities is highly desirable.
