Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installation & Maintenance Engineer to oversee and manage complex installation and maintenance projects remotely. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to guide project execution and ensure operational efficiency for systems deployed in the **Thika** area and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project management, and technical troubleshooting across various industrial or technological systems. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising installation and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. Your leadership will be crucial in the successful deployment and upkeep of critical infrastructure.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and project management of complex systems.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing projects remotely.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
