- 7+ years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial or commercial equipment.
- Proven experience in leading and supervising technical teams.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with remote support teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and diagnostic tools is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
