Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of leading successful Lean and Six Sigma projects, achieving significant operational improvements.
- Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, supply chain logistics, and operations management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely.
