This pivotal role will be instrumental in advancing our geothermal energy projects, contributing to the clean energy transition. While the role is remote, it will have a strategic focus and connection to the expansive geothermal resources in and around Malindi, Kilifi, KE . The Lead Geothermal Energy Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of geothermal power plants. This includes conducting feasibility studies, resource assessment, well design and management, power plant conceptualization, and performance monitoring. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging advanced modeling and simulation tools to analyze subsurface conditions, optimize energy extraction, and predict long-term performance.
