You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our client's equipment at customer locations. This includes conducting preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, and performing on-site installations and upgrades. As a Lead Technician, you will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Technician, with a strong background in industrial machinery, is essential. Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex systems, interpreting technical manuals and blueprints, and using diagnostic tools is required.
