A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field, along with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support of industrial equipment, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential for effectively interacting with clients and internal teams in a remote setting. You should be proficient in using remote diagnostic tools and have a proven ability to guide others through complex technical procedures. You will provide expert-level technical support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of their automated systems. The Lead Field Service Engineer will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, developing training materials, and contributing to knowledge base improvements. Your role will involve remote diagnostics, planning on-site interventions, and ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.
