- Proven experience leading technical teams or projects in a field service environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical assemblies, and diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in diverse field conditions.
