Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Field Installation and Maintenance Engineer to manage and oversee a remote team responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of critical infrastructure. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of electromechanical systems, advanced troubleshooting techniques, and a proven ability to lead a geographically dispersed team. As a remote-first position, you will be empowered to coordinate activities, provide expert guidance, and drive efficiency without the need for a physical office presence.

- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate logistics for timely delivery to remote sites.

- Prepare detailed reports on team performance, equipment status, and operational challenges.
- Act as a key liaison between the field teams and the engineering/product development departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electromechanical systems.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably managing remote or field teams.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively guide and motivate a remote workforce.
- Experience with remote monitoring and diagnostic software is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints.
