Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in architecting large-scale, complex electrical systems.
- Expertise in using simulation and modeling tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
