Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Power Systems.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional registration is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on power systems design and analysis.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, PSS/E) and simulation tools.
- In-depth knowledge of power generation, transmission, distribution, protection, and control systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience with projects related to the energy sector in Kericho, Kericho, KE or similar environments is an advantage.
