Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent registration is a strong asset.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a specialization in power systems.
- Proven experience in the design and analysis of power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
- Expertise in power system modeling software (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
- Solid understanding of renewable energy technologies and grid integration challenges.
- Experience with HV/MV equipment, protection systems, and control systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Knowledge of relevant international and local electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC).
