Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or curriculum development role.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and implementation for preschool and early primary ages.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and practices (e.g., Piaget, Vygotsky, Montessori).
- Excellent virtual facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital content creation software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage remote teams and projects.
- A genuine passion for fostering young children's potential and a commitment to inclusive education.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is an asset.
