- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Develop and present compelling narratives and visualizations of complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of data and AI models.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company's data science and AI capabilities.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data science, with a significant focus on AI and machine learning.
- Proven track record of building and deploying successful machine learning models in production environments.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus.
