Our client is actively searching for a Lead Construction Project Manager to spearhead innovative and sustainable construction projects. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage projects from anywhere in the world. You will oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design to execution and completion, with a strong emphasis on environmental responsibility and resource efficiency. This role requires a leader with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and best practices. Responsibilities include: developing project scopes, budgets, and timelines; coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers; ensuring all projects adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards; managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies; monitoring project progress and providing regular status reports to stakeholders; leading and motivating project teams to achieve project goals; driving the adoption of sustainable building practices and materials.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is required. A Master's degree and professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) are highly advantageous. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Demonstrated experience in sustainable construction and green building practices is essential. Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and contract negotiation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management software and digital collaboration tools. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote setting.
