You will be responsible for all phases of project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout, ensuring adherence to stringent quality, safety, and environmental standards. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex civil engineering and building construction projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project delivery. - Communicate project status, progress, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Champion best practices in construction management and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience managing construction projects valued at KSh 500 million or more.
