Key Responsibilities:

- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams and complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit), and relevant national/international codes and standards.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainable design practices.
