Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Childcare Program Manager to oversee and enhance their early childhood development programs. This position involves a hybrid work model, requiring a balance of remote administrative duties and on-site engagement within the community. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality childcare services designed to foster the holistic development of young children. This includes curriculum development, staff supervision and training, parent engagement, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The Lead Manager will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children while supporting their families.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing innovative, age-appropriate early childhood education curricula.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of childcare centers, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring childcare staff, fostering professional growth and team cohesion.
  • Conducting regular staff performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with parents and guardians, promoting active involvement in their child's education.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are paramount. Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets, and diverse stakeholders is critical.
