Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in aviation systems engineering, with a strong focus on integration and validation.
- In-depth knowledge of avionic systems, communication buses (e.g., ARINC 429, AFDX, MIL-STD-1553), and data networks.
- Experience with systems engineering principles and methodologies (e.g., Model-Based Systems Engineering - MBSE).
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and certification processes (FAA, EASA).
- Proficiency in systems analysis and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote team collaboration.
- Experience in flight testing and aircraft certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within demanding timelines.
