Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in aviation safety, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Possession of relevant aviation certifications (e.g., Safety Management Systems qualifications, Lead Auditor).
- Thorough understanding of aviation regulations, safety management systems (SMS), and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proven experience in conducting aviation audits and investigations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable safety recommendations.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using aviation safety management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for critical on-site assessments if required, though the role is primarily remote.
