- Plan and execute vehicle performance testing, both virtual and physical.

- Collaborate with electrical, software, and mechanical engineering teams in a remote setting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues throughout the product development process.
- Mentor and guide junior performance engineers.
- Stay current with emerging automotive technologies and industry best practices.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in automotive performance engineering.
- Proven experience with powertrain development, vehicle dynamics, and control systems.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Adams, GT-Power).
- Experience with data acquisition systems and performance testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of internal combustion engines and/or electric vehicle powertrains.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior communication and collaboration skills, effective in a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
