This critical role operates on a fully remote basis, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and deploying sophisticated automation solutions that enhance efficiency, improve product quality, and ensure operational safety across diverse manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial automation technologies, programming languages (e.g., PLC, SCADA), robotics, and control systems engineering. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent project management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges in a virtual environment. Your primary focus will be to drive innovation in our automation strategy and mentor junior engineers.
