The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on research experience in AI/ML is required, with a proven track record of leading research projects. Expertise in at least one major AI sub-field (e.g., NLP, CV, RL) and strong programming skills in Python (with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) are essential. Experience with large-scale data processing and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills are paramount. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for disseminating research findings effectively. This role is entirely remote, requiring exceptional self-discipline, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently.
