  • Minimum of 7 years of research experience in AI/ML, with a strong publication record.
  • Deep expertise in one or more areas: deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning.
  • Proven experience leading research projects and mentoring junior scientists.
  • Excellent programming skills (e.g., Python) and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
