- Prepare comprehensive reports, technical documents, and presentations on research findings and agronomic recommendations.
- Collaborate with research institutions, government agencies, and industry partners to advance agricultural innovation.
- Train and mentor junior agronomists and field staff.
- Contribute to the development of agricultural software and data management tools.
- Provide expert advice on irrigation, soil health, and nutrient management.
- Participate in strategic planning for new product development and market expansion in the agricultural sector.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomy, agricultural research, or crop management.
- Proven experience in designing and conducting field trials and research studies.
- Strong understanding of soil science, plant physiology, and pest/disease management.
- Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies and data analysis tools is essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing remote work with necessary on-site responsibilities.
- Knowledge of local and international agricultural regulations and best practices.
