Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious client experience.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of aestheticians and spa therapists, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aesthetic treatments and spa services.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the spa facilities.
- Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and treatments in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Develop and manage service menus, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Develop and deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Certification/Diploma in Aesthetics or Cosmetology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a practicing aesthetician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven experience in managing spa operations, including staff management, client relations, and inventory control.
- Excellent knowledge of a wide range of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and beauty equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Proficiency in spa management software and general office productivity tools.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to motivate and guide a remote or hybrid team effectively.
- Experience in virtual consultation and client engagement is a plus.
This remote role requires you to be deeply involved in the strategic direction and operational excellence of the spa, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction from wherever you operate.
