You will be responsible for developing and delivering bespoke aesthetic treatments, analyzing skin concerns, and recommending tailored skincare regimens and wellness programs. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of advanced skincare techniques, cosmetic ingredients, and holistic wellness practices. You will also oversee and mentor a team of aestheticians, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional technical skills, a deep understanding of dermatological principles, and a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
