- Minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace systems engineering, with a significant focus on integration and verification.
- Proven track record of leading complex integration projects from concept to deployment.
- Expertise in systems engineering methodologies, including requirements management, architecture design, and V&V.
- Familiarity with aerospace communication protocols, data buses (e.g., MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429), and avionics systems.
- Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage remote teams.
- Experience with DO-178C and DO-254 standards is highly preferred.
