- Minimum of 7 years of progressive actuarial experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in leading actuarial teams and managing projects.
- Expertise in life, health, or general insurance actuarial principles and practices.
- Advanced proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., Prophet, GGY AXIS) and data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, statistical analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

- Near or full completion of actuarial exams (e.g., SOA, CAS, Institute and Faculty of Actuaries).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in actuarial analysis within the insurance industry.
- Strong proficiency in actuarial modeling software (e.g., Prophet, R, Python, SQL) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
