Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client's market share within key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders in client organizations.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate our client's value proposition.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing any issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our range of solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to represent our client and build relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in account management or enterprise sales roles. Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills are crucial. Ability to understand complex technical solutions and articulate their benefits to diverse audiences. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of high-value accounts.
