The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to individuals with varying levels of expertise. Experience with smart HVAC controls and building automation systems is highly desirable. This is a remote-first position, requiring excellent communication, patience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. You must be comfortable using remote diagnostic tools and virtual collaboration platforms. A professional certification in HVAC (e.g., EPA 608 Universal) and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems are required. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of HVAC equipment, contributing to a comfortable and safe environment for occupants.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for HVAC work.

- Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities performed.

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and relevant tools.

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
