- Communicate effectively with facility management and other stakeholders regarding cleaning operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in sanitation.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations within cleaning environments.
- Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and lead a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications for reporting and communication.
- A certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
