- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on talent acquisition and HR strategy.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, HR technologies, and employment law.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and marketing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience managing HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
