Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee all supply chain functions, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
- Optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers worldwide.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and partners.
- Implement and manage advanced inventory management systems and strategies to minimize holding costs and ensure product availability.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed supply chain team.
- Develop and manage the supply chain budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Implement and utilize supply chain technology solutions (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) to enhance visibility and control.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turnover, and freight costs.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the supply chain department.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and global market trends impacting supply chain management.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, global supply chains and driving significant operational improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of international logistics, warehousing, transportation modes, and customs procedures.
- Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP systems, and supply chain planning software.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor and partner relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse, remote workforce.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and manage risk effectively.
