This is a fully remote position, allowing you to shape our digital presence from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels. This includes overseeing paid advertising, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs. The goal is to significantly increase online sales, optimize conversion rates, and enhance brand visibility in a competitive market.

- Manage affiliate marketing programs and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on website elements, landing pages, and marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing remote marketing team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce growth and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling e-commerce businesses through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
