- Formal culinary training from a reputable institution or equivalent extensive professional experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in professional kitchens, with at least 3 years in a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven experience in menu development, recipe creation, and food costing.
- Exceptional understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and training skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate remote teams.
- Creativity and a passion for innovative cuisine and culinary excellence.
