- Estimate mineral resources and reserves in accordance with industry standards (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101).
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and investment proposals.
- Maintain and manage geological databases and project records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of exploration findings into mine planning.
- Stay updated on the latest exploration technologies and methodologies.
- MSc or PhD in Geology, Economic Geology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mineral exploration, with a proven track record of successful discoveries.

- Proficiency in geological modeling and resource estimation software (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan, Micromine).
- Strong understanding of GIS software and data management systems.
