Our client, a leading agricultural enterprise, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee operations at their expansive facility in **Bungoma, Kenya**. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern farming techniques, crop management, and livestock husbandry. This role demands strong leadership skills, meticulous planning, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure optimal productivity and profitability. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all farm activities, including crop planning, planting, harvesting, pest control, irrigation, and livestock care.

- Oversee livestock health, feeding, breeding, and management programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in farm management.
