- Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex business models and organizational structures.
- Expertise in leveraging various sourcing tools and techniques, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate leadership potential and cultural alignment.
- Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing independent remote work with in-office collaboration.
