Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative and high-quality menus for a diverse range of catering events, including corporate functions, private parties, and weddings.
  • Manage all operational aspects of the catering department, including food preparation, presentation, service standards, and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of chefs, cooks, and service staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
