Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and meetings.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
