You will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare reports and presentations, and act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's complex and dynamic calendar, prioritizing appointments and proactively resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
