You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and strategic development of the company's e-commerce platform(s). This includes overseeing website functionality, user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), product merchandising, and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline operations, and to implement new features and functionalities that drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies. You should be adept at analyzing website data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities include managing the product catalog, ensuring accurate and compelling product listings, and optimizing the checkout process to minimize cart abandonment. You will also be responsible for A/B testing different elements of the website to improve performance and drive higher conversion rates. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and how they apply to e-commerce. Experience with various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CRM systems is essential.
