Qualifications:

- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and managing complex development programs.
- Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations.
- Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing remote teams.
